Angel Locsin gave fans a more intimate glimpse into the moments of her marriage to film producer Neil Arce, thanking everyone who supported them on their journey as a couple.

The actress announced that she was married to Arce in a civil ceremony via a YouTube vlog on Saturday, August 7. The news came as a shock to fans as the vlog initially appeared to be about the couple moving to their new home, but during the last minute of the video, Locsin confirmed that she and Arce have married.

“Ang saya na napasaya namin kayo sa aming channel kahapon,” Locsin said on his Instagram page yesterday, August 8. (I’m so glad we were able to make you happy with our [YouTube] string yesterday.)

She then showed off more photos of her and Arce posing by a fountain in a parking lot on her wedding day.

“Grabe, bibili lang kami ng ice cream, sabi ni @stephenpechon kuha tayo ng images on parking ng village ng 10 [minutes], tapos ganito kaganda lumabas ang photos! ” she added, thanking their photographers at Nice Print Photography.

(Wow, we were only supposed to buy ice cream but [our photographer] Stephen Pechon suggested that we take pictures in the village parking lot for 10 minutes. Then the photos turned out so beautiful.)

Locsin then mocked her friend, actress Dimples Romana, who testified about her marriage.

“Excuse me… are you the mother?” Locsin joked, showing pictures of Romana crying during the wedding, via another Instagram post the same day.

“Ang pakiusap ko lang, let’s protect Dimples Romana at all [costs]. Mahal na mahal ko yan, ”she added. (All I ask is to protect Dimples Romana at all costs. I like him very much.)

Locsin and Arce announced their engagement in June 2019. They were due to get married on November 8, 2020, but they had to postpone their wedding due to the ongoing pandemic. IB
